Thank You for choosing us for your Festive meal. Here is our guide to assist you making your booking.

1. Bookings for Festive meals commence from Wednesday 6th December. Festive meal bookable days are:

   Wed 6th Dec	Wed 13th Dec	Wed 20th Dec
   Thu 7th Dec	Thu 14th Dec	Thu 21th Dec
   Fri 8th Dec	Fri 15th Dec	Fri 22nd Dec - 1st sitting only

2. Sitting Times

   1st Sitting: 12-3.30pm or 12.30-4pm

   2nd Sitting: 4pm-7pm or 4.30-7.30pm

   3rd Sitting: 7.30pm -close or 8pm-close

   (Please note 1st course of the meals will be served 30 minutes after arrival time)
3. You can book a table for a group of 1 to 15 guests.(Due to space limitations our maximum group size is 15 guests)
4. Once you have confirmed with your party your preferred date, time and party size please go to our on-line booking system Book your The Swan Inn reservation on Resy  
5. Then Deposits can be paid by cash or card in person, or by card over the phone. This must be done 4 weeks before the date of the booking.
6. Now its time to choose your meals by downloading and completing our pre-order form here.
   
   Please also take a moment to familiarise your party with our cancellations policy which can be found here.
   
   Once complete please email to theswaninnlewes@gmail.com in the subject box please put the party name, date and time of your booking. (Don’t forget to include any Allergies and dietary requirements)
